EVENTS :: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF THE DALKEITH TENNIS CLUB (INC.) WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY 28 JUNE 2008 AT 5:00PM AT THE DALKEITH TENNIS CLUB, CNR VICTORIA AVENUE AND BEATRICE ROAD, DALKEITH. 2008 AGM AGENDA Download Notice & Agenda 1. Attendance 2. Apologies 3. General Business MOTIONS Every member giving a Notice of Motion should give a copy thereof to the Secretary together with his or her name, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the Annual General Meeting. Any member giving a Notice of Motion must be present at the meeting or authorise another member, in writing, to represent him/her at the time the business is called to order. Every motion must be seconded. ELECTION OF MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE Download Nomination Form All Management Committee Officers will be elected by ballot at the annual General Meeting. Nominations may be made either in writing or by verbal proposal at the meeting. The nomination of any absent member must be accompanied by his or her consent in writing.
