Quiz
Night 2005 At
the Clubhouse Quizmaster

from sets desk on Saturdays The
Quiz Night, held at the Bowling Club on Friday 14th
May 2004, was a great success with $2,000 being
raised. Our new quiz master Graham Glover did a
great job with challenging and interesting
questions. Geoff Barker's team won a great prize
from Cello Cafe on Broadway, Nigel Shaw and team
came second and won wine from We're Wines courtesy
of Gordon Davies. Third prize was wine from Helen
Walsh and Bevan Lawrence, and a voucher from
Valdarnos courtesy of Geoff Mitchell-Burden - and
was won by the Beresford table. Well done. The
raffle prize of a painting by Santina Stransky was
won by Vikki Bakker. |
